Supporting customers in your language, from Lisbon

Customer support by phone, email and chat for a European professional platform. Paid training on arrival, no prior experience in the sector required.

What is required

  • Native or fluent level in one of the open languages
  • EU passport or a valid Portuguese residence permit
  • Able to move to Portugal within three months
  • Comfortable on the phone and in writing

What is not required

  • Speaking Portuguese
  • A specific degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Housing already arranged

02

The process, with no phone appointment

  1. Step 1

    The eligibility form

Three questions. If one does not pass, we tell you straight away and no CV is sent to us at all.

  2. Step 2

Your CV and a one-minute voice note

Recorded in your native language. It replaces the phone interview and shows your language level.

  3. Step 3

    The information video

Five minutes on the real salary, the cost of living and what comes next. You join the private group of validated candidates.

  4. Step 4

    The referral

Your file is submitted by our referrer through the internal programme. You take the interviews and the language test.

  5. Step 5

    Settling in

Once the offer is signed, we help with housing, NIF, NISS and banking, and you join the group of those already in Lisbon.

03

The hard part is arriving

Getting the job takes a few weeks. What makes a move fail is the paperwork and the isolation of the first weeks.

Paperwork

NIF, NISS, bank, housing

Where to apply, with which documents, in what order, and how long it really takes. Which neighbourhoods are affordable on a starting salary, and the usual scams to avoid.

Community

A private group, not a public forum

Two closed groups: one for validated candidates before departure, one for those already settled. Practical questions, good tips, and people to talk to during the first weeks.

04

Check if you qualify

Three questions first. Your CV and voice note are only requested afterwards, if your profile can be submitted.

Step 1 of 2 / Blocking questions

05

Common questions

Does this cost me anything?

No, nothing, at any point. The company pays a referral bonus to its employee when a referred candidate is hired, and we share that bonus. If anyone asks you to pay for a job abroad, it is a scam.

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. We are two people, one of whom works at the company and refers candidates through its internal programme. We do not represent the employer and we make no hiring decisions.

Who is the employer?

A customer service centre based in Lisbon, working for European brands. We give you its name before your file is submitted anywhere, once your eligibility is confirmed.

Why a voice note instead of an interview?

Because it takes you one minute instead of scheduling a call, and it is enough to gauge your language level. Everything else is covered in the information video and in the group.

Do I need to speak Portuguese?

No. The job is done entirely in your native language. Portuguese is useful for daily life, not for work.

What happens to my CV if my application does not succeed?

It is kept for the duration of the process, then deleted automatically after six months. You can request deletion at any time. If you are not eligible, it is never sent to us at all.
